

Executive chef Chris Marsh, trained under chefs such as Michael Noble and Branard Casavant, launched Bishop Street Boxx, a gourmet food trailer focused on generous portions, honest ingredients, and great value.
Serving the busy lunch crowd in Cambridge and traveling to events across Waterloo Region, Chris partnered with me to create the brand identity. I designed the logo and visual system, applied it to marketing and trailer graphics, and produced a Facebook ad campaign featuring photography of his signature dishes.
