Sarah Middleton - Broker

Sarah Middleton is a Royal LePage real estate broker in Cambridge, Ontario. She specializes in land-lease properties, helping retirees downsize from their large homes to something smaller & more comfortable. Essentially, helping them downsize from their empty nests. I worked with Sarah to develop her personal brand, choosing the bird & bird house as a powerful graphic symbol. For this project I brought a writer, Kendall McCulloch, on board and we developed Sarah's brand story communicating her strengths and values to her core market. We highlighted her small town roots and experience with her families furniture business that developed her excellent skill in customer care and attention to detail.
