Executive Chef Chris Marsh is passionate about creating food with great flavours and sizable portions for an exceptional value. He believes that food should be prepared like they did 150 years ago, with real ingredients for clean eating. Chris has worked with and been mentored by some of the top chefs in Canada, including Chef Michael Noble and Chef Branard Casavant.
Chris wanted to open a gourmet food trailer and park it at one of the busiest spots in Cambridge, catering to the lunch crowd in the industrial section of the city. His trailer is also transported to major events across Waterloo region. I helped Chris develop his brand for Bishop Street Boxx. I started by designing his new logo and brand theme. then implementing it across his marketing and vehicle graphics. We did a Facebook advertising blitz with photos I took of the delicious meals Chris has on offer.
